I don’t think 11:11 works if you wait for it. If you set an alarm for it. That’s deliberate. You’re looking for it. But when you happen upon the time, when you’ve spent hours on the computer, lost track of the hours much less the minutes, and you look up and see 11:11, that’s an opportunity. That says “you can make a wish now.” And maybe that one will actually come true.
