Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
A crossover where Kate Beckett and Temperance Brennan bond over the fact that they’ve both lost their mothers and are both on missions. That they’re both closed off and both are being broken open by men they originally did not want to trust. I think they could bond over the fact that they went about avenging their pasts in different ways, and how despite their similarities, Brennan is a brains sort of person, and Beckett’s still a gut feeling.
Yes. There are similarities between the show, but no they are not the same. At the same time, there is no reason to compare them. Why can’t you just love both?
Castle and Booth are completely different character types. And they interact with their respective love interests in different ways.
Ahh who am I kidding, I would pay to see Brennan/Beckett/Booth/Castle foursome. In fanfiction of course.
So I’ve heard a lot of discontentment about how Hart managed Emily’s pregnancy, that they think everything was too rushed and that they’ve been gypped on the middle part. I agree, somewhat. I wish we had gotten to see them all coupley and stuff. But the reality is, they’ve been together unofficially the entire series. Its not a will they wont they like everybody else claims, we know they will. We knew they would, eventually. I think it was handled incredibly well, because they’ve stayed true to character. This has been building for more than 6 years (assuming each season is a year, and the fact that they had that one case to flash back on.) When the dam finally broke, it gushed. Bones is very sexual, even openly so. They’ve had those coupley moments. They’ve argued, they’ve made up, they’ve talked about having children, they’ve kissed. They had dream sex. But now that they’ve finally introduced sex into their relationship, its new and its scary, and Temperance Brennan, the character, would run right now. Despite the progression she’s made. But she can’t now. They’ve fitted in a clause where she really just can’t run. I think its the only realistic way in which she wouldn’t run. So my hat to you, Hart!
